⚠️ By downloading, accessing, or using the Hungrytin app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. 🏠 About Hungrytin

Hungrytin ("we", "us", "our") is a hyperlocal delivery platform founded in 2017 in Baripada, Odisha, India — the first food delivery service in the city. We connect customers with local food, grocery, meat, and other vendors ("Partners") across all cities where we operate, and facilitate the delivery of goods through our delivery network.

Hungrytin acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly responsible for the preparation, quality, or hygiene of products supplied by Partner vendors.

2. ✅ Eligibility

To use the Hungrytin app, you must:

🔞 Be at least 18 years of age, or be using the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
📝 Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
📍 Have a valid mobile number and a delivery address within our current serviceable areas. Serviceable cities and zones are listed within the app and may expand over time as we grow to new cities.

3. 🔐 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility.

📧 Please notify us immediately at support@hungrytin.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. 🛒 Placing Orders

When you place an order through the Hungrytin app:

💰 You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including item price, delivery fee, applicable taxes, and any platform fees.
📦 Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Partner vendor.
⏱️ Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on distance, traffic, weather, and vendor preparation time.
❗ Once an order is confirmed and accepted by the vendor, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy within the app.

5. 💳 Pricing and Payments

🇮🇳 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
💸 Hungrytin accepts payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
📢 Hungrytin reserves the right to change pricing, fees, or introduce new charges at any time, with prior notice to users.
🎟️ Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. 🚚 Delivery Policy

📍 We deliver within our serviceable areas as listed in the app. Currently, we operate in Baripada, with plans to expand to additional cities. Delivery availability may vary by city, location, and time.
🏠 You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by you may not be eligible for a refund.
📦 Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon delivery.

7. 🔄 Refunds and Cancellations

⏰ Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of order delivery through the app's Help section.
✔️ Refunds may be issued for incorrect, missing, or substantially damaged items.
🏦 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❌ Hungrytin reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

8. 🚫 User Conduct

You agree not to:

🕵️ Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
📵 Provide false personal information or payment details.
😡 Harass, threaten, or abuse our delivery partners, customer support team, or vendor staff.
💻 Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the Hungrytin platform.

9. 🏪 Partner Vendors

Hungrytin partners with local vendors who are independently responsible for their products, including food safety, labelling, and compliance with applicable laws. Hungrytin does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or safety of vendor listings.

Any disputes regarding product quality should be raised with us promptly and we will facilitate resolution with the relevant vendor.

10. 🧠 Intellectual Property

All content on the Hungrytin app — including the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Hungrytin and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hungrytin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

📱 Your use of the platform
🕐 Delays in delivery
🍱 Issues related to product quality from Partner vendors

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

12. 📝 Modifications to Terms

Hungrytin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. ⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Hungrytin platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Baripada, Odisha, which shall serve as the primary seat of jurisdiction. Hungrytin reserves the right to designate appropriate local courts as it expands operations to new cities.
